HOW MUCH COVERAGE WILL OUR EVENT NEED?
Coverage is customized around your schedule, priorities, and anticipated attendance. Once I understand your event, I’ll recommend the appropriate coverage and create a clear proposal.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
Booking early is recommended, particularly for multi-day events and popular fall and holiday dates. However, I’m always happy to check availability for last-minute events.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
You’ll receive a professionally edited collection through a private online gallery. Turnaround is based on the event’s size and scope, and expedited delivery is available when images are needed immediately for press or social media.
CAN GUESTS EASILY FIND AND DOWNLOAD THEIR PHOTOGRAPHS?
Yes. Your private gallery makes it easy to view, share, and download images. Search functionality can also help attendees quickly locate their individual photographs.
DO YOU PROVIDE COMMERCIAL USAGE RIGHTS AND A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE?
Yes. Your organization will receive commercial usage rights for marketing, public relations, social media, and internal communications. A Certificate of Insurance can also be provided upon request.
